HOW TO USE THIS SITE
Women Make News is dedicated to increasing women's participation in the public debate.
You don’t need to login to contribute. Everyone is welcome. Please participate in any way you can.
The site collects opinions, evidence-based editorials, and first person journalism by women about issues currently in the news--or in the air. Academics, policy advocates, professional journalists and real women have all contributed their opinions or knowledge about subjects as diverse as race-based custody decisions to improving school lunches.
We invite you to write a blog post or editorial, or add comments to the stories already posted. You don't even have to be logged in to post a story. Just click on the text at the top of the home page titled, "Got a story to tell?" You can add pictures or videos, which you'll see on the formatting page.
Then once you've uploaded the story, alert your contacts and friends to your contribution.
